A Redesigned EasyLife 365 Experience

EasyLife 365 is part of many people’s daily routine to collaborate, communicate, and keep work moving. As the way people work continues to evolve, so should the tools people rely on. That’s why we’re introducing a new look for EasyLife 365 Collaboration and EasyLife 365 Mail.

Why are we rebranding?

This rebranding is not just about visual changes, it’s a step forward in how our products support daily work and how we continue to build EasyLife 365 products together with our customers and partners. We are focused on making governance clearer, smoother, and more intuitive, with a redesign shaped by real usage, real feedback, and a clear goal: making daily work easier for everyone.

What is changing?

The upcoming redesign focuses on:

  • Easier navigation – we are implementing clearer layouts that make it simpler for users to find what they need and move through the platform with confidence, so they can focus more on their work and less on navigating the tool.
  • A more intuitive interface – common actions are easier to understand and therefore quicker to complete, helping users to save time on their daily work.
  • A smoother user experience – the new design reduces visual clutter and creates a more modern experience across the tools.

How will this impact Customers and Partners?

Customers:

  • Enhanced user experience – a more modern and intuitive interface that will make everyday work feel more natural and easier to navigate.
  • Feedback – Customers are encouraged to actively share feedback on the new design.

Partners:

  • Demos - During the rollout period, Partners may notice differences between what they see in their environment and what Customers see in theirs. Please keep this in mind when running product demos.
  • Product Documents – Partners that have created product guides or presentations that include screenshots will need to update these materials. We recommend making the updates after the final design is released to avoid unnecessary rework.
  • Feedback – Partners are encouraged to actively share their thoughts on the new look and feel.

Ultimately, this rebranding will help our Customers and Partners work more efficiently, with a product that feels modern, intuitive, and aligned with how people actually collaborate today.

When will users see the changes?

Over the next months we will gradually introduce the changes only to the Insiders Instance. Therefore, some users will see changes earlier than others. This approach will allow us to test improvements, gather feedback, and make adjustments along the way, ensuring the best possible experience for everyone.

We aim to have the new changes completely rolled out to all users by the end of Q1, however, timelines may need to be adjusted slightly as we adapt to changing circumstances and to ensure the final experience fully meets the highest standards.

How can users shape the new experience?

Customers and Partners that have Insiders Instance will have early access and will be the first to experience the new design, so we invite them to share their impressions, suggestions, or concerns. Users who do not have access to Insider Instance but would like to contribute can reach out to our team, we are happy to organize dedicated feedback sessions with them.

This feedback will directly influence how the new EasyLife 365 experience evolves and will help us:

  • Validate design decisions
  • Fine-tuning at an early stage
  • Ensure the updates work well in real-world scenarios and support users more effectively

Can EasyLife 365 already share screenshots of the new design? Not yet. The rebranding is an ongoing process and the design is still evolving. To avoid confusion, we plan to share official screenshots once the rebranding is finalized. But here is a sneak peek:
