1.1 These Product-Specific Terms (“Product Terms”) supplement and extend the General Terms And Conditions (“General Terms” or “Terms”) that govern the use of EasyLife 365 AG’s (“Provider” or “us” or “our”) products and services. Together, these documents create a comprehensive agreement for the use of EasyLife 365 Identity (“Product”), detailing specific terms that apply exclusively to EasyLife 365 Identity and take precedence in cases where provisions differ from those in the General Terms. The Customer is obligated to impose these Terms on any (internal or external) user authorized by the Customer to use the Product (each, as “User”).
2.1 EasyLife 365 Identity: offers a complete solution for managing your organization's app identities with automated workflows for Service Principals, App Registrations, certificates, and secrets.
3.1 EasyLife Identity is available under three license tiers: Free, Professional, and Enterprise. The details of each plan, including features and pricing, can be found on our website at https://easylife365.cloud/pricing/ and https://easylife365.cloud/products/identity/.
3.2 A one-month trial is available, providing access to all features of the Professional and Enterprise plans. At the end of the trial period, unless a Professional or Enterprise license is purchased, the account will automatically be downgraded to the Free version.
3.3 The Professional and Enterprise licenses are granted for an unlimited duration. Billing is based on an annual subscription model, with fees due at the beginning of each one-year billing period.
3.4 The Free version is automatically renewed every three months without charge.
3.5 Upgrading from Professional to Enterprise is possible at any time during the subscription year. The upgrade cost will be calculated based on the remaining days of the current subscription term, with the customer paying the prorated difference.
3.6 Downgrades to a lower-tier license, including switching from Enterprise to Professional or Professional to Free, can only be performed upon completion of the current contract term.
