1.1 These Product-Specific Terms (“Product Terms”) supplement and extend the General Terms And Conditions (“General Terms” or “Terms”) that govern the use of EasyLife 365 AG’s (“Provider” or “us” or “our”) products and services. Together, these documents create a comprehensive agreement for the use of EasyLife 365 Mail (“Product”), detailing specific terms that apply exclusively to EasyLife 365 Mail and take precedence in cases where provisions differ from those in the General Terms. The Customer is obligated to impose these Terms on any (internal or external) user authorized by the Customer to use the Product (each, as “User”).
2.1 EasyLife 365 Mail: The purpose of this Product is for governance, provisioning, access reviews, approvals and ownership and lifecycle-management for shared Mailboxes, Distribution Lists and Room & Equipment-Resources.
3.1 The minimum user count for the purpose of license pricing is 25 users.
