EasyTipster - Privacy Policy

1. Scope

We, EasyLife 365 AG (Zugerstrasse 32, 6340 Baar, Switzerland), are the owner and operator of the software EasyTipster (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") and are the data controller for the data processing activities listed in this privacy policy.

This product specific Privacy Policy supplements and extends the General Privacy Policy of EasyLife 365 AG. These documents create a comprehensive agreement for the use of EasyTipster (“Product”), detailing specific terms that apply exclusively to EasyTipster and take precedence in cases where provisions differ from those in the General Privacy Policy.

2. Data processing when using our Product

EasyTipster is a free prediction game that we provide to individuals, including colleagues of the same organization. For the data processing described in this section we act as controller. The data processed in this context includes the following categories.

2.1 Data directly related to our Software

1. account and sign-in data, e.g., your sign-in name, e-mail address (if available), user and organization identifiers and registration date
2. game data, e.g., your predictions, points, rankings and league participation
3. technical and usage data, e.g., identifiers and error or usage records used for support and security
4. backup of the data under 1 to 3

We use this data to sign you in, to run the game, to calculate and show rankings, to keep the Software secure and available and to fix errors. Your sign-in name (usually your work e-mail address) and points are visible in the ranking to the other participants of your organization and, if you join the cross-company league, to its participants. Your individual predictions are not shown to other users. Authorized EasyLife staff can see the registered users of the Software for support and administration. We share data only with service providers needed to host and operate the Software, and we receive your identity details from your sign-in provider.

After the tournament we typically delete all data within two months. You can also delete your account in the settings of the Software or ask us to at any time; on request we also remove remaining game data and league entries. Backups are deleted automatically after at most 180 days and logs after at most 90 days.

The legal basis for this data processing is the performance of the contract with you for providing the Software (Art. 6 (1) (b) EU GDPR) and, for security, support and backups, our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) EU GDPR). Participation in the cross-company league is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) EU GDPR), which you can withdraw by contacting us at legal@easylife365.cloud. 2.2 Data from your organization’s Microsoft environment

We do not read content from your organization’s Microsoft environment. We receive the identity details that your sign-in provider gives us when you sign in.
